Cosmo's docs are not supposed to feel like homework in a filing cabinet. This is the guide: starter lessons first, clear check labels always, story quests and deeper rooms after trust is earned.

The short version: Lite stays free. The library teaches the loop. Discord turns it into questions, help rooms, check clips, story quests, and builder paths. Nothing posts, publishes, or promotes itself without a human yes.

The Loop

This is the boring part that makes the fun part trustworthy.

Write it downLesson, prompt, clip note, screenshot, or feature idea lands in the local library.
Label itEvery card gets check status, target room, and what is still held.
Stage itThe review note creates a Discord-ready draft without posting.
Review itHuman review checks claims, redaction, tier fit, and whether the room deserves it.
Ship by handManual post or approved apply path. Review notes come back as evidence.

Held Gates

The whole point is that Cosmo makes routes obvious without pretending the route has already been traveled.

Live Discord posting is held. The review notes are refreshed locally. Posting requires a human-run sync with the explicit apply path and an environment-provided webhook. No webhook, bot login, OAuth, provider account, role mutation, channel mutation, LOOM write, Cloudflare deploy, or public download flip happened here.
